Affected by Typhoon “Narra” (the 19th typhoon of the year), Ningming County in Chongzuo City, Guangxi, experienced persistent heavy rainfall, causing river levels to rise sharply. Severe flooding occurred in multiple locations across Beijiang Township, Bangun Township, Nakang Town, and Haiyuan Town, with some areas experiencing power outages, road closures, internet disruptions, and water shortages, affecting over a thousand villagers. On the afternoon of August 24, China Aneng Group dispatched five sections of a motorized pontoon bridge—developed and manufactured by China Harzone—to Beijiang Township in Ningming County to carry out the evacuation of stranded residents and the delivery of essential supplies.

Faced with the severe disaster situation and in accordance with the unified deployment of the local joint command center, rescue personnel rapidly assembled the emergency motorized pontoon bridges, establishing a vital water-based rescue corridor. They undertook critical tasks such as the search, rescue, and evacuation of stranded residents in Beijiang Township, Bangun Township, Nan'an Township, and Haiyuan Town, as well as the transport of emergency equipment and the delivery of relief supplies. As of 12:00 p.m. on August 25, the Aneng rescue team continued to deploy various rescue forces—including police, militia, firefighters, and communications personnel—to the scene, evacuate stranded residents, and precisely deliver emergency supplies such as medicine, food, and drinking water to those in need. Following the flood control and rescue mission in Guigang in July, the motorized pontoon bridges developed and produced by China Harzone once again served as a backbone force in flood control and rescue operations, safeguarding the safety of the local population.
