From August 19 to 23, the 2026 World Robot Conference was held in Beijing. China Harzone showcased its emergency rescue equipment—including breach-sealing pile-driving equipment, flood-control sandbag stacking robots, and powered pontoon bridges—in the central state-owned enterprises exhibition area. All equipment showcased at the event was developed based on the practical needs of emergency response to major natural disasters. These represent landmark achievements resulting from China Harzone’s deep commitment to the field of intelligent emergency rescue, fully demonstrating the company’s core capabilities in the R&D and manufacturing of emergency rescue equipment, and garnering widespread attention and recognition from all sectors of society.
The intelligent breach-sealing pile-driving emergency response equipment, jointly developed by China Harzone and China Aneng, utilizes a high-performance off-road chassis as its land transport platform and a modular assembly of new-generation hull sections as its waterborne operational platform. It integrates multiple key technologies, including high-precision Beidou dynamic positioning, intelligent navigation control, and precise pile-driving operations. The system enables a full operational workflow encompassing self-propelled land transport, remote-controlled autonomous navigation on water, and floating, fixed-point emergency pile-driving operations. With a high degree of system integration, excellent mobility, reliable and convenient operation, and high pile-driving efficiency, the equipment provides rapid emergency sealing solutions for flood breaches in river embankments and reservoir dams.
Also making a major debut at the exhibition is the flood-control sandbag stacking robot, which addresses the shortcomings of traditional flood-control emergency response—such as high reliance on manual labor, high operational intensity, and a lack of standardization—through iterative upgrades, thereby comprehensively revolutionizing traditional flood-control operations. It can autonomously complete the entire automated process—including material identification, stable grasping, and standardized stacking—to rapidly construct emergency levees in strict accordance with flood control regulations. By efficiently replacing high-intensity manual end-of-process operations, it completely eliminates the traditional “mass mobilization” approach to flood control and emergency response, significantly enhancing the standardization, intelligence, and efficiency of flood control operations, and driving a comprehensive transformation of flood control and emergency response from a labor-intensive to a technology-driven and intelligent model.

In light of the new landscape of emergency response to major and catastrophic disasters, and in close alignment with the national goals for modernizing emergency rescue, China Harzone continues to deepen its commitment to the research, development, iteration, and practical application of intelligent unmanned emergency equipment. In the future, China Harzone will continue to be guided by scientific and technological innovation, focusing on the intelligent and unmanned development of emergency rescue operations. By addressing the challenges of responding to major and catastrophic disasters, the company will promote the deep integration of intelligent equipment into the entire process of major disaster rescue and relief operations. Through continuous technological breakthroughs and equipment optimization, China Harzone will steadily enhance its comprehensive support capabilities for engineering emergency rescue operations, empower emergency safety infrastructure with technology, and continue to contribute the “China Harzone strength” to the modernization of China’s emergency rescue system.
