The State Council’s 15th Five-Year Plan for Building a Modern Emergency Response System explicitly calls for deepening reform and innovation in emergency management, promoting the establishment of a comprehensive safety and emergency response framework, and supporting the integration of corporate specialized rescue forces into the national emergency response framework. By focusing on the upgrading of new rescue equipment and its validation through real-world operations, the Plan aims to comprehensively enhance the professional capabilities of corporate emergency response teams. This selection represents a significant achievement in China Harzone’s efforts to respond to national strategies and deeply integrate into local emergency rescue systems.

Supported by China Harzone’s proprietary core equipment, the Comprehensive Emergency Rescue Unit has pioneered a new integrated approach combining “equipment R&D, practical application, and iterative upgrades,” thereby achieving mutual reinforcement between rescue capabilities and technological innovation. The unit is equipped with core emergency rescue equipment, including motorized pontoon bridges, complete sets of equipment for pile-driving to seal breaches, water-filled rapid embankment vehicles, emergency mechanized bridges, rigid mobile road surfaces, footbridges, and flood-control sandbag stacking robots, enabling it to handle a wide range of rescue missionssuch as road clearance and geological disaster responseunder extreme conditions. Notably, during the recent flooding in Guigang City, Guangxi Province, a motorized pontoon bridge was hailed as the “aircraft carrier of water rescue.” Cutting through the waves, it navigated into a school campus and steadily established a “lifeline” across the floodwaters.

The Company continues to strengthen the development of its professional emergency rescue talent pool, and the unit’s specialized rescue capabilities are steadily improving.

China Harzone has consistently upheld its corporate mission of “taking emergency safeguard as its own task and contributing to human safety.” Being selected as a provincial-level specialized emergency rescue unit will further enhance the equipment standards and operational capabilities of engineering disaster relief efforts in Hubei Province, adding a powerful force to safeguarding the lives and property of the people across the Jingchu region. China Harzone will seize this opportunity to continuously strengthen team capacity building and equipment technology innovation, deeply integrate into the local emergency rescue system, and contribute the wisdom and strength of a central state-owned enterprise to building a “Safe China” at a higher level.
