Recently, the “Liaoning Province Comprehensive Accident and Disaster Rescue Drill,” coordinated by the Liaoning Provincial Safety Production Committee and the Provincial Committee for Disaster Prevention, Mitigation, and Relief, was conducted simultaneously in Shenyang City, Fushun City, and Benxi City. Various types of equipment developed and manufactured by China Harzone—including powered pontoon bridges, emergency mechanized bridges, and rigid mobile road surfaces—were deployed during the drill and played a crucial role in emergency response efforts.
This exercise was based on a realistic scenario of a compound disaster triggered by a 5.3-magnitude earthquake combined with extreme heavy rainfall. It simulated an extreme disaster situation characterized by the “three disruptions”—complete disruption of roads, power, and communications—and featured various realistic scenarios involving flood damage and road blockages. Powered pontoon bridges, emergency mechanized bridges, and rigid mobile road surfaces—all developed and manufactured by China Harzone—participated in the two core modules: “establishing water rescue corridors” and “emergency restoration of damaged roads,” demonstrating their robust disaster response capabilities in complex disaster scenarios.
The powered pontoon bridges were rapidly assembled and efficiently transported large engineering machinery such as excavators and loaders, quickly opening up waterborne channels for the transport of supplies and personnel search and rescue operations.

Hard-surfaced, mobile roadways provide immediate reinforcement for muddy, subsided, or gravel-damaged sections, ensuring that rescue vehicles and equipment can continue to enter and exit disaster areas.

Emergency mechanized bridges are rapidly erected to span road and river crossings, creating temporary lifesaving bridges that efficiently resolve the problem of road blockages cutting off rescue routes in disaster-stricken areas.

Faced with complex and ever-changing disaster scenarios, the equipment developed and manufactured by China Harzone successfully completed all live-action drill exercises thanks to its reliable and superior product quality, outstanding all-terrain adaptability, and rapid, efficient operational capabilities, fully demonstrating the vital supporting role of domestically produced high-end emergency response equipment in extreme, multi-hazard disasters.
