Recently, the finals of the Third Xiong’an Safety and Emergency Response Innovation Application Competition were held with great fanfare in the Xiong’an New Area, Hebei Province. This year’s competition set new records in both scale and project quality, and received close attention, professional guidance, and strong support from the Ministry of Emergency Management and its directly affiliated units throughout the event. Two emergency response products from China Harzone—the Emergency Breach Piling Sealing and Repair Equipment Set and the Hardened Mobile Road Surface—won the Third Prize and the Merit Award, respectively.
Under the theme “Enhancing Resilience Through Intelligence, Pioneering Safety,” this Competition features three categories: New Technologies and Scenarios for Safety and Emergency Response, Advanced Equipment for Urban Safety and Emergency Response, and Equipment for Natural Disaster Prevention and Rescue. It invites submissions from the general public for innovative emergency response technologies, integrated equipment systems, and high-quality ideas that demonstrate practical value and broad application potential. A total of 920 entries from both domestic and international participants were submitted. After a rigorous preliminary selection process, only 324 high-quality projects advanced to the on-site finals.
China Harzone’s Emergency Breach Piling Sealing and Repair Equipment Set and Hardened Mobile Road Surface both entered the competition and successfully advanced to the finals. Both systems are designed for real-world emergency response scenarios involving major natural disasters such as flood breaches and geological earthquakes, consistently adhering to the core R&D philosophy of “demand-oriented and scenario-driven.” During the competition’s live presentation, the product development team comprehensively demonstrated the products’ outstanding advantages in innovative design, technical performance, adaptability to complex environments, and scalability, earning unanimous recognition from the 15 industry expert judges present. Following a final comprehensive evaluation, the two products won the Third Prize and the Merit Award, respectively, in the “Advanced and Applicable Equipment for Natural Disaster Prevention and Rescue” category.
Participating in this competition has further bolstered China Harzone’s confidence in equipment R&D. Moving forward, China Harzone will adhere to a scenario-based innovation approach, evaluate R&D outcomes against real-world operational standards, continue to strengthen its core competitiveness in the industry, and leverage new-quality productive forces to drive the company toward high-quality, sustainable development.
