10:00 a.m., March 25, Changqing District in Jinan held a drill for the emergency repair and reconstruction of heating pipelines. The drill was designed to enhance emergency response capabilities for sudden incidents involving long-distance pipeline networks and to strengthen coordination and practical readiness. Officials from Jinan Municipal Bureau of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, Jinan Municipal Emergency Management Bureau, and Jinan Energy Group were present at the scene to observe and provide guidance.

At the site, the 50-meter emergency mobile road system developed by China Harzone took center stage, demonstrating exceptional operational capabilities. Faced with a muddy and difficult-to-navigate worksite, the system completed the laying of an emergency access route in less than five minutes, clearing the way for subsequent emergency repair equipment and rescue supplies to enter the site and establishing the first line of defense for emergency response and rescue operations.
