On December 3-4, Wang Xiaofeng, Party Secretary and Chairman of China Harzone led a delegation to Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region for in-depth visits and exchanges. On behalf of the Company, he formally signed emergency rescue framework cooperation agreements with emergency management departments at both provincial and municipal levels, laying a solid cooperative foundation for deepening government-enterprise collaboration and fortifying the emergency safety barrier in northern China.

On the afternoon of December 3, Wang Xiaofeng and his delegation first arrived at the Department of Emergency Management of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, where they held discussions with Meng He, Director of the Department, and relevant officials.

On December 4, the signing ceremony for the emergency rescue framework cooperation agreement was successfully held. Wang Xiaofeng, representing China Harzone, signed the agreements with the Department of Emergency Management of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and the Hohhot Municipal Emergency Management Bureau respectively.

This agreement signing represents both a concrete implementation of the national emergency management strategy by both parties and a significant initiative to leverage complementary strengths for mutual benefit. It further embodies our shared commitment to safeguarding the lives and property of all ethnic groups in Inner Mongolia and fortifying the security barrier along China’s northern frontier.
