Heavy rainfall triggered a landslide in Nantaizi Xigou Village, Mayingzi Manchu Township, Luanping County, Chengde City, Hebei Province on July 28, severing roads and making rescue efforts urgent.

At 3:50 a.m. on July 29, rescue personnel arrived in Luanping County with multiple emergency rescue devices to commence disaster relief operations. During the repair of roads and bridges leading to the disaster-stricken core area, the emergency mechanized bridge developed by China Harzone played a crucial role.

For damaged or severed critical bridge sections, rescue personnel swiftly erected emergency mechanized bridges. Leveraging their rapid deployment and high traffic capacity, these bridges effectively overcame obstacles posed by complex terrain and road destruction, significantly boosting restoration efficiency.

It was precisely through the use of advanced rescue equipment, including emergency mechanized bridges, that rescue personnel fully restored the “lifeline” to Nantaizi Xigou Village, securing valuable time for subsequent personnel and material transport as well as the evacuation of stranded residents.
