On the morning of June 18, 2025, the 2025 Hubei Province Comprehensive Flood Control and Rescue Exercise was held in Shishou City, Jingzhou. Hosted by the Hubei Provincial Flood Control and Drought Relief Headquarters, the exercise was organized by the Hubei Provincial Department of Emergency Management, the Hubei Provincial Department of Water Resources, and the Central China Regional Emergency Rescue Center. A total of 1,856 rescue personnel and over 1,650 pieces of equipment staged a three-dimensional rescue operation along the Yangtze River, covering land, water, and air. Thirty-eight specialized teams responded in combat readiness to major disaster risks potentially triggered by extreme weather conditions, including network outages, power failures, road disruptions, flash floods, urban flooding, and levee emergencies.

As a participating unit in this exercise, China Harzone undertook emergency rescue tasks. Over 10 specialized technicians took part in the exercise with core equipment including 51-meter bridges, 25-meter bridges, tracked mechanized bridges, and motorized pontoon bridges. Among these, the motorized pontoon bridge rapidly established a water rescue passage in turbulent currents; For the scenario depicting a completely washed-out section of Provincial Highway S212, a 75-meter modular bridge and a 51-meter mechanized bridge were simultaneously deployed in coordinated operations, which ensured full-speed passage for rescue convoys, and enabled efficient coordination of relief efforts both inside and outside the disaster area. The joint demonstration of the 25-meter mechanized bridge and the tracked mechanized bridge received high praise from leaders of the National Regional Emergency Rescue Center present at the scene.
