On February 27, 2025, the Ningbo Highway and Transportation Management Center organized 2025 emergency steel bridge installation drill in Fenghua District. Two emergency rescue teams successfully completed the rapid installation task using a 25-meter emergency mechanized bridge and a 20-meter lightweight prefabricated highway emergency bridge, which are both independently developed by China Harzone, a subsidiary of China State Shipbuilding Corporation Limited.

China Harzone’s amphibian steel bridge products, renowned for their rapid response, ease of operation, and high adaptability, have been hailed by the Ningbo Highway and Transportation Management Center as “hardcore tools” for emergency rescue, providing a robust safety net for Ningbo in responding to disasters such as floods and landslides. The head of the emergency response command at the Ningbo Highway and Transportation Management Center stated: “China Harzone’s steel bridge products and technical support have provided us with the assurance needed to enhance our emergency response capabilities. Completing this drill before the flood season arrives has greatly boosted our confidence!”

The drill was covered by media outlets such as Ningbo Satellite TV and Zhejiang Traffic Radio. Through its “product + service” model, China Harzone has established long-term cooperation mechanisms with local governments to jointly promote the upgrading of public safety capabilities.
