On March 19th, the meeting about the review of the draft of the Uganda BIRARA project was held in the National Highway Bureau of Uganda. After the design team’s detailed explanation, road and bridge experts from the Bureau raised some questions, and at the same time brought forward their opinions. Then our designers accordingly gave the answers and recorded the advice of experts. In the end, the official from the Bureau indicated that the draft had been passed basically, with some relevant issues to be added and adjusted in the final version. The construction was predicted to start at the beginning of April.
