In order to persistently build a favorable sphere of pursuing high quality and emphasizing quality by each employee, Harzone decides to carry out 2014 “Quality Month” activities in September. The topics of the activities are: advancing “Three Shifts”, building a powerful enterprise in quality; popularizing the excellence performance mode; and lifting the management level.
Through the “Quality Month” activities, Harzone wishes to usher the employees to participate in independent quality management and innovations of methods and technology, and solve specific questions in light of various management activities, such as product appearance quality implementation plan, seven inspections and one visit, selective examination of quality and summarization of elite projects.
