On July 18th, Technology Development Department signed a project development contract with a research institution of Chinese Academy of Sciences in connection with self-propelled jack-up type marine combined drilling platform.

Before that, director and researcher from the research institution have already visited Hubei Harzone Industry Corp, Ltd twice. When visiting last year, the researcher showed great interest in our products and research results, and highly praised our pontoon bridge and floating bridge. The signing of the project contract is the result of our first cooperation with the institution, thus laying a good foundation in opening the new market.  

The project is divided into two phases. The first one is expected to be delivered at the end of December this year, and the second is to upgrade the platform developed during the first stage.
