Am 10:00, Dec. 28, 2012, the snow passes off and the sky clears up, on the site of Optical Valley Industrial Park, Chibi Economic Development Zone, the ground-breaking ceremony of Emergency Rescue Equipment & Special Purpose Vehicle Industrial Park was held solemnly. 

Chairman & General Manager Yu Hao made a keynote speech. He said “the ground-breaking ceremony of Emergency Rescue Equipment & Special Purpose Vehicle Industrial Park signals that CHIC is always willing to be rooted in Chibi. I believe that with the energetic support of Chibi city Party committee and government, the Chibi production base of CHIC will be sure to be completed in time and reach the yearly output of 2.5 billion yuan as soon as possible. CHIC is proud of having Chibi as its base and I believe that Chibi will also be proud of CHIC”.
