Report from Our Correspondents (Hu Xiaoguang   Li Wuzhou) Recently, through the joint efforts of the Office of Overseas Engineering Department in Ethiopia and the local agent, our Company has reached consensus with METEC on the conclusion of a framework agreement in connection with joint production of steel structure. The said framework agreement was drafted by our Company and revised by METEC and MFI (the actual manufacturer) again and again. 

It be learned that METEC (FDRE Metals & Engineering Corporation) is controlled by the Ethiopian government and responsible for purchase and construction of large military and civil projects and equipment on behalf of the Ethiopian government. METEC owns over 100 companies. According to the framework agreement, both parties will jointly manufacture gantry cranes, steel bridges, industrial premises and other steel structures.
