The Fifteenth Annual Conference of river-crossing bridge professional study group of Engineering Equipment committee of China Ordnance Society was held in Chengdu on August 12, 2012. 74 representatives from various member units participated in the conference. Yu Wenming, the head of Design Institute of the company, and Tao Hong, Director of Science and Technology Development Department, participated in the conference on behalf of the company.

Industry experts were invited to give out wonderful lectures in this conference. They pointed out direction and focus of the professional development during 12th Five-Year period, which fully inspired the participants.

Thesis writing conditions of the study group were also explained in the conference, and 43 outstanding theses  got rewards.
