On Dec. 17, 2013, Bolivian president Evo Morales and Bolivian agent of Company Qiao Rui interviewed with President of Company Yu Hao in Jingbin Hotel, Beijing. Mr. Qiao Rui is a Bolivian of Chinese origin. In 2013, Mr. Qiao acted as agent of Company in two EPC projects in Bolivia.
