Research and Design Institute held the second quarter pre-research inspection session for 2014 at the conference room on the second floor on July 24. The leaders of the Institute as well as the persons in charge of the Comprehensive departments and various projects attended the meeting. At the meeting, 25 projects are reported, of which 22 have been approved and 3 are newly added. 

Those in charge of each project made detailed reports on the work content, schedule and plan of the second quarter pre-research program, and then the leaders of the Institute commented on each project in detail. 

It was pointed out at the meeting that the pre-research work is always the priority of the Institute. A good subject will guide the scientific research to a bright prospect and is also a conception of the development of emergency equipment in the future. So everyone should actively take part in the pre-research work. Several pre-research programs of this year have been brought into that of the 13th Five-Year Plan
