Heavy rains in Zhouqu on the evening of August 11 again triggered the mud-rock flow, the rescue lifeline is completely cut off. On August 14, after more than three hours of efforts, officers and soldiers of an engineering battalion of the Lanzhou Military Command set up an emergency mechanized bridge for Huazhou heavy industry production on the Bailong River in Zhouqu County, enabling rescue equipment and personnel to arrive at the scene, has greatly increased the efficiency of the rescue effort.
