Myanmar-Laos Bridge Open to Traffic Formally

April 3, the minister of the Urban Construction Ministry of Myanmar and the minister of the Urban Transportation Ministry of Laos arrived at the site of Myanmar-Laos Bridge to participate in the Ribbon cutting ceremony, which marks that Myanmar-Laos Bridge is formally open to traffic.


Myanmar-Laos Bridge is the first permanent bridge crossing Mekong and linking Myanmar and Laos. Previously, the Urban Construction Ministry of Myanmar and the Urban Transportation Ministry of Laos have organized experts to inspect the bridge comprehensively together with engineers and technicians of Harzone. The inspection results show that all performance indices of the bridge meet the requirements of AASHTO.


Through this cooperation, not only the employees of Harzone have lifted their quality and abilities but also the market of the products of Harzone has been expanded.
