On November 14, deputy general manager Liu Changqi, on behalf of CHIC, signed BIRARA bridge contract with National Highway Authority of Uganda in Kampala, the capital of Uganda. Main leaders of National Highway Authority of Uganda and several major local media attended the contract signing ceremony.

CHIC will be responsible for the design, production and construction of this project, which will be officially launched in early December of this year and will last 18 months.
